Calmed the chaos a bit to post 13 for the 9 and 10 over

It keeps me fresh and I don’t have any demons from a run of 15 consecutive rounds in the 20’s leading up to the game.

Poor round yesterday at Pacific
Chipping was terrible
Speed on the greens was well off
Hit some poor full shots – 2 fat PWs especially – that cost me when they should have been easy pars or even birdies27 points off 11
Played Headland today off 9
That was my handicap off the whites but they set the markers off the blues so it played a bit tougher
Played to my handicap but was only good enough for 2nd as my playing partner dropped a 20 footer on our last hole the 4th and beat me on countback1 birdie 8 pars 8 bogies 1 double

Sounds like my round today at our OOM. Shot gun from the 2nd hole…..wipe 2nd…third…and the first when we got back to play it as the last hole.

18 points back nine.Was particularly disappointing as I was 5 over after 14 holes and then found a way to totally stuff up the next 3 holes even though the tee shots left me with work to do but should have led to bogies at worst rather than doubles and a triple
