Far out Barnesy, you’re ruining my draw. I can’t put you and I together, and I can’t put Commish and Wolfy together due to the same group last round unspoken rule.
Group 1 – Commish, Zooey, Pep
Group 2 – BK Vis x 3
Group 3 – Barnesy, Wolfy, Schmuck, BK
If we get more people I might shuffle the groups around, haven’t had a round with Schmuck in years. Is anything happening after the round? Cos the Elanora kitchen closes at 3pm.

I’m not sure. I think there was one, but I just can’t remember who asked it. I’m sure someone must have taken notes, but I can’t recall who it was or who they may have told. Oh, I just remembered, I have a heap of phone records and other documentation that may just solve the riddle, but unless you specifically ask me to show you, then you must not want to see them. What were we talking about again?

How is the new Wilson blade putter performing on the putting mat.
Its going very nicely thanks Geoffrey. Perhaps one day soon I’ll get to test it out on grass.
I’m starting to tire of playing indoor golf, and am more than ready to test my game back outside in amongst the elements.
For those of us in prison, probably golfing is going to be at least another 4 or 5 weeks away, and then limited play in 2’s until Christmas
mean while country golf continues as normal.
Nothing makes sense.Does anything in greater Melbourne make sense at present. No sense in asking any of the politician’s, because their response will be, “I can’t recall”!!!

Firming in the market as a starter for this. Wifey will be out of rehab hospital on Thursday so should know by mid next week how well she is able to cope independently. I would suggest with her current attitude it will be ” Houston, it’s all systems are GO!! “

Do we need an official HC for this event JB??

I can’t really the remember the terms and conditions from last year…..Hey groovy, no you don’t need a GL for this one, I can generate a temporary handicap for you on the system. I’ll see what you played off last year and give you a couple extra as from memory you were like me…shite! 😉

Even when I somehow manage to have a good score, it’s still pretty crappy golf!! 🙂As long as one of us believes that….. and it aint me. If I had your ball striking, even when you don’t play that often, I would be off a lot less than I am now. AND I’VE GOT GROOVES ON MY IRONS.

Have sent payment for Zoo + cart to WRP account. Will send mine when I know what’s happening. At the moment about 80%, missus reckons she will be relatively independent by then. Will just have to wait and see.

2 days after I posted that vid. I lost my interest in golf and practice putting. I had literally put 2 my golf bags away, even my kids cant believe it. I cannot seen to have a burning passion and hungry to lower hcp. Other factors instability job, finance and now have to work longer for retirement.
I hope I will find my mojo back one day but I wont miss golf at all. For now my moto, “Just learn to live with Covid”. Cant be lock-down like this or future lock-down 3.0 or lockdown 4.0…..too painful for my mentality and sanity.
Hang in there Della. Yes it is a sham and a shame that you are unable to play at the moment, but the upside is that you will be able to play again. Imagine if you were unable to play at all because of some other unfortunate situation. Desire is a great motivator, self motivation is a stepping stone to greater desire. Never dwell on the negative because the positive is always better. The best thing my Psych ever told me and I carry it with me in every situation now… ” Every negative has a positive, no matter how small it may be. You just have to look for it and it will be there.” Believe me, it has helped me through quite a few scenario’s that before would not have been handled quite so well.
AND
You always know you have this bunch of knuckle heads to talk too. Only a phone call or a keyboard away.
