How is this for the ideal weekend for a golf getaway with the girls! Join Australian celebrity TV star and renowned “golf tragic” Kerri-Anne Kennerley for a fun and “friendly-competitive” golf event over two days at The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs, combined with plenty of activities and good times. After the success of our 2014 event, the vote was unanimous to repeat the event with Kerri-Anne in 2015!

Ladies choosing to stay at The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs and make a weekend of it will check in at leisure on Friday May 15 and may enjoy a complimentary practice round as part of their lodge stay. That evening enjoy pre-dinner drinks at leisure followed by dinner in the lodge.

Round #1 of the competition begins on Saturday, with 18 holes of golf on the beautiful Kauri Cliffs course. The three course dinner that night is a highlight, hosted by our special guest and player Kerri-Anne Kennerley, who will entertain with some great stories from her years of meeting and interviewing some of the world’s most interesting people!

The tournament continues on Sunday 17 May with round #2 of the tournament play, followed by a buffet lunch and prize ceremony where winners will be announced by Kerri-Anne and prizes awarded.

Guests may also want to make time to experience the Kauri Cliffs Spa during their stay, arguably one of New Zealand’s finest, set amidst a totara forest on the Lodge property – bliss!

This is always a wonderful event for all, and it is shaping up to be our best yet.

The tariff for the Ladies Golf Classic is NZ$800.00 + 15% GST per person per night based on twin or double occupancy, and a two night reservation over the tournament date is required on the package to include their tournament entry.

The tournament tariff is inclusive of entry in the Annual Ladies Golf Classic in addition to accommodation with pre dinner drinks and canapés, dinner, full breakfast and a complimentary mini bar (excludes liquor and wine).

Friday will be an optional practice round included in your tournament entry (carts are additional), and early player registration. Saturday morning will begin with the practice facilities open well before tee times for Round One between 9.30-10.30am. A tournament dinner will be held on Saturday evening. Round two of the tournament will be played on Sunday with tee times between 9:00-10:00am, and the day will conclude with prize giving following the end of play.

The tournament fee for golfers registering for the 36-hole Golf Tournament Entry without lodge accommodation is NZ$675.00 (includes completion rounds on Saturday 16 May + Sunday 17 May, practice round on Friday May 15 plus Saturday night Cocktail Hour & Ladies Dinner).
