Congratulations to the Queensland team who pulled off a come from behind win in this year’s ISeekGolf Nationals State of Origin Championship – securing our 3rd win in a row!
An awesome performance on Sunday where every Qld player scored more than 30 points meant we overtook the Victorians who were in the lead after Saturday’s game

Not even any eagles at Nationals?
They are pretty awesome.There was a sensationally spectacular Eagle…but as it was at another Forums National event it shouldn’t rate a mention here…but if you wanna hear about it I was there.
It would make my day if you could recount the story.
Beginning from the time you woke up…Running out of time to tell the story today, have to head off to Hump Night in a couple of hours so I’ll do it tomorrow when there is a full day to write it.

I have to ask how the best course in the region (Newcastle) doesn’t get a look in?
We played Newcastle first time in NSW event on Central Coast.

Hi all,
I have made no secret of the fact that I work for the National Ageing Research Institute and I am very keen to do a project further examining the benefits of golf on ageing – let’s face it golf clubs are a pretty good place to research ageing but will have to try and get some funding to do this.
Currently, I have a colleague who is running a survey in conjunction with the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services at the moment. They are surveying Victorians over the age of 65 examining what is important to older people in Victoria in relation to their health and well being needs at key points in their life.
Please consider doing the survey, it will take around 15-20 minutes to complete and hopefully isn’t to onerous.

Itβs great to be here.
My current handicap is 19.9.

Have meandered over to the new site. One thing that has bugged me is that when you are scrolling through responses and come to the end of the page you have to scroll back up to the top to click through to the next page. (Might be that I am missing something). Other than that the site looks good and uncluttered.
