OldBogeyParticipantI just received a txt from the guy I was booked in with for tomorrow. He said he booked us both for Wed as we can’t play until then.
Club booking still active for tomorrow, for now.People say that nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
No championships worth mentioning in recent years.

GoldyKeymasterWednesday we get released from indentured service to the Great Leader.
Twos of fours?
2s at the moment. Timesheets opened up last week in anticipation that we would get the green light tomorrow. But they’ve delayed it another day…why, you wonder…so those that booked for Tuesday got screwed over.
So we have available tee times for groups of 2, one tee start (holes 1-18, instead of 4s, 2 tee) – so 1/4 of the previously available tee times. If you want to play just 9, there is a 2nd tee available, on holes 19-27. There is a queue to book in online – worked well the other day. Hopefully we’ll be back to 4s and 2 tee start for 18 sooner rather than later.

Imagine waiting 7 weeks to play golf, finally getting the green light, and then complaining the weather’s shit
FMD I’d play in a cyclone right about now

OldBogeyParticipantClub booking system is still on twos, 1 tee start.
Should all be back to normal next week as ‘groups of 10 outdoors’ are allowed.Yes it might be too wet to play on Wed, or just too wet for carts. If I have to miss a few rounds of golf due to wet weather, it’s not the end of the world. Just imagine missing months of golf due to some frigging virus!!! Of course at my age, the likelihood of missing a heap of golf due to other ailments is a considerable probability.
People say that nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
