Jack, Brownie,
here is the second one. Sharing this because it contains a concept that is new to me.
This is lag related as well. But I have never thought about having speed, so inertia, on the backswing as a key first step to winding up and sequencing with lag.
I will be trying both of these on Thursday, if it stops raining. What can possibly go wrong? Will let you know.

Hi Brownie,
Nice to see you still banging that ball around the paddock as well? I’m still trying to master hitting as well, so maybe I need to get 101 Lessons as well. As you may remember, I swing my driver and long irons and hit the rest. Sometimes, long irons as well. Trouble is, I can only seem to master one or the other. I can rarely get both working on the same day?Still just trying to work from the fundamentals, there in lies the key. I find all the demos that the pros do are dealing with the symptoms, not the cause. A bit like my GP?
Keep on swinging….or hitting, whatever preference you have?

I found a couple of youtubes I think you will like.
I really like Be Better Golf, not exclusively, because he explores all sorts of teaching concepts.
Anyway, this one is a bit of a ramble, but eventually gets to a key point, which is right arm control yet whilst still thinking of the swing as pulling with the right arm. As opposed to pushing and throwing.
For me, this opens up the idea of lag and pp3 whilst hitting, in a “light bulb moment” for me.
Hope you like it.
Devon,
A significant improvement I have made in my golf swing has been the strengthening of my left arm. I have always been super strong on my right side and relatively weak on the left. I do an exercise now where I hold a driver in the left hand, hold the left arm dead straight and pivot around as far as I can and then, ONLY THEN, I use arm movement to lift the club to the top, keeping the arm dead straight all the way. Initially, I was pretty hopeless at it but after a few weeks, my strength improved and I can now do it easily. Basically, I have found that if you can’t maintain a solid primary lever, you are never going to hit the ball very far.IMO, one of the unspoken truths of golf, is that for a RH golfer, golf is essentially a left sided game.
Cheers
